About Francesca

I am fluent in Spanish, Italian, and of course, English. I am a college student so I do have other commitments early in the day, but I am happy to work weekends and evenings. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, adventurous, and fun. I love meeting new people and bringing positive energy into everything I do. I'm especially passionate about working with kids because they're curious, honest, and full of life. It's so rewarding to help them grow and to see the world through their eyes. I started babysitting when I was 12, helping with date nights and after-school care. At 16, I worked a full summer as a camp counselor, where I built strong communication and leadership skills while forming real connections with the kids. I now work as a babysitter assisting with after school pick up, dinner prep, etc.
