Francesca has been taking care of my 2 girls for the last couple of months, they are now 7 months and 25 months old. She is truly gifted and meant to work with children. I’m so grateful to have found someone I know I can trust and not even bat an eye when I leave the house, knowing the girls are in good hands. She is extremely attentive, great at juggling them both - she could do it with her eyes closed. Her attention to wake windows, making sure everyone feels loved, safe and is taken care of, finding activities for my toddler - including planting flowers, painting, and many other things. Making sure everyone has hats on outside, sunscreen, that everyone is well fed, attentive if the girls need diaper cream…the list goes on with her attention to detail and how she truly cares for our girls. I can’t begin to thank her for all that she has done for our family.
