Francesca looked after our son from when he was a baby onwards (he is 11 now). She is the most wonderful, caring, trustworthy and reliable person. Our son adores her, as do we. He always has so much fun hanging out with her as she always jumps right into playing games and doing crafts - or whatever his current interests are. They even had special secret detective names! To feel confident that your child is safe and happy is everything. I would rate her a million stars if I could!
