When contacted for booking, responses were unprofessional—Francesca attempted to warn about something that at show up on her record but it was so illiterate, I could not understand. Further, she harassed me with multiple repeated messages into the late evening begging to be allowed in my home to work claiming she would never hurt a child. I have reported her to the website.
