About Francesca
Experience: 4 yrs
Nurturing young minds is my passion! For the past 3 years, I've dedicated myself to caring for children aged newborn to 11. I'm patient, calm, creative, and imaginative. I enjoy educational based play and games that promote learning. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I also respect your preferred communication method regarding your child's day. I have experience with special needs children as I've worked in a school setting as a teacher aide, float aide, and 1 on 1. I'm happy to help with meal preparation and light housekeeping. I am an online college student getting my BA in Psychology. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my experience and love for childcare to your family!
