About Francesca

I am currently a college student with several years of experience caring for and working with children. I previously worked as a Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4 teacher and as a teacher assistant at a Montessori school. I have also been babysitting for many years and genuinely love working with children. My teaching background has helped me develop a patient, nurturing, and creative approach to childcare. I enjoy keeping kids engaged through educational activities, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and other fun experiences. I am responsible, dependable, and committed to creating a safe, positive environment where children feel comfortable and supported. I am also happy to help with meal preparation and light housekeeping related to the children. I look forward to building trusting relationships with families and helping their little ones learn, grow, and thrive!
