We hired Francesca for about two months to care for our two young children. She was very inconsistent with call-outs, communication, and a lot of outside personal issues into our home. She showed favoritism toward our one baby and wasn’t able to care for both at the same time. In the beginning of July she called out sick 3 days in a row and on the 4th day she quit via text message. It left out family in a very difficult situation. I would not recommend her.
