Fran is a wonderful nanny to my daughter and always takes great care of her! She certainly puts my child's needs first and foremost, as well as getting along great with my daughter. She makes sure she is playing, studying and well fed at the appropriate times. During the non-school days in the summer, Fran will help my daughter study with the required books and assignments I provide. Even if I do not get a chance to lay out things, as we all know parents get super busy, she will provide material. She also utilizes real life events as teaching moments. I can tell that she WANTS my daughter to be versed in many activities when caring for her, as it shows. Not only does she help with my child, she assists with household chores that I am in need of. She will go on errands, whether it be to the grocery store, or help with dinner. She is also always on time and very flexible. It is such a blessing to have someone you can truly trust with your child (ren) and in your home.
