About Frances

For over a 20 years I've dedicated myself to enhancing the lives of adults and seniors. My passion stems from witnessing the positive impact I can make on their well-being and independence. As a retired Licensed Practising Nurse, I bring a compassionate, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach to my work. I prioritize understanding each person's unique preferences and history to build strong connections. I'm skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I happily assist with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I always communicate with families using their preferred method. I find immense joy in providing support and companionship, and I look forward to bringing comfort and peace of mind to your family. I am also in the process of completing my EOLD (end of life doula) certification and able to work independently or in cooperation with hospice services.
