About Frances

I graduated from Presbyterian College in 1983 with an elementary education degree. After practice teaching I found that I enjoy educating outside of a classroom. I have been a professional nanny ever since. I am experienced with newborns, toddlers and school aged children. I prefer to take jobs that are long term, a benefit to the children, parents and me. My longest time with a family was 10 years. I continue to be close with the children and families that I have worked with. I excel in fun and entertaining activities for the children inside and out. My current position is home manager/nanny. The three children are school age so while they are at school or camp I am planning, buying and preparing meals, doing laundry, organizing toys and clothes and running errands. I take the dogs on walks, brush them, feed them, arrange grooming appointments and take to the vet when needed. When the children are home I oversee homework, play games or sports with them.
