With over 16years of hands-on experience in the healthcare field, I bring deep level of compassion, dedication, and professionalism to every client I serve. My career began as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where I provided essential daily care and support to patients across various healthcare settings, including home health and long-term care facilities. Over the years, I expanded my role into mental health, working as a Mental Health Technician to support individuals facing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. This diverse background has given me a well-rounded understanding of patient care, safety, and advocacy allowing me to provide comprehensive of all ages and needs. To further my impact, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from Purdue University Global, giving me the leadership skills to navigate healthcare systems, coordinate care efficiently, and advocate for quality services at every level.
