About Fnu

I am a former Tibetan Buddhist monk with many years of experience in mindfulness, compassion, and service to others. Currently, I work as a Community Support Facilitator (CSF) in a disability day program, San Rafael, on the morning shift. My role includes assisting individuals with daily activities, helping them develop life skills, and being present with them in the community. I find deep meaning in this work because it allows me to support people with kindness, patience, and respect. I provide care with patience, respect, and understanding, ensuring each person feels included and valued. I am reliable, calm under pressure, and dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment. I enjoy working with people, promoting independence, and helping individuals live meaningful lives.
