She is great with kids of all ages, so patient and kind, very tidy, organized and efficient and super proactive, which I appreciate so much. She always asks me what she can do next or better. She also suggests things to next and what to do differently which might work better, which I have found very unusual and so wonderful. As someone who has worked with many nannies, au pairs, babysitters and housekeepers, I can say with 1000% certainty that she is a gem! Once you work with her you will never want to work with anyone else.
