About Florida

Hi! I'm an early childhood teacher with a Masters in TESOL. Currently finishing up my Montessori training for Infant/Toddlers in West Side Montessori School. Being with infants and toddlers is my passion. I love being a part of their growth and development. I believe that children are very capable of so many things and I strive to be the best guide for them as I can be. Collaborating with parents is also an important part of what I do and I pride myself for openly communicating to parents about their child's development. I try my best to teach independence, kindness, respect, and hopefully instill in them the same values my parents have taught me. Ultimately, I am here to be your teammate! I have about 13 years of child development knowledge and experience including 7 years of being a nanny/babysitter.
