Floribel has been an exceptional caregiver and RBT for my daughter. From the very beginning, she demonstrated incredible patience, professionalism, and genuine compassion. She took the time to truly understand my daughter's needs, and her calm, nurturing approach made a world of difference in both my daughter’s progress and our overall comfort as a family. Floribel brought a wonderful energy to every session—she was consistent, reliable, and always prepared. She worked closely with our BCBA to implement behavior plans effectively and with great attention to detail. Her communication with us as parents was clear and supportive, helping us feel informed and involved throughout the process. Most importantly, my daughter loved working with her and looked forward to their time together. The positive changes we’ve seen in our daughter’s communication, behavior, and confidence have been truly heartwarming, and we credit so much of that to Floribel's dedication and skill.
