About Floriana

Hi! My name is Floriana, and I have a Bachelor's degree in Childhood Education. I have several years of experience working with children through both professional childcare and babysitting. I previously worked as an Assistant Teacher/Paraprofessional at Head Start, where I supported young children with their learning, daily routines, social-emotional development, and overall well-being. I also have experience working one-on-one and in small groups, including with children with IEPs and different developmental needs. Through babysitting, I have cared for children ages 1-8 and helped with meals, hygiene, homework, playtime, and daily routines. I enjoy creating a safe, caring, and fun environment where children can learn and feel comfortable being themselves.
