For the last 25 years I have been a homemaker and stay at home mother for my three beautiful children. My three children are now all grown adults who have all left home to discover themselves in this world. I am passionate about childcare because I feel as though it is our jobs as adults to ensure we teach children all the necessary skills to succeed and excel in their adult years. I have successfully raised three brilliant children and found that the most rewarding experience is teaching them something new that they will remember for a lifetime.

Florenza felt like a long time friend from the moment we first spoke. She brings fun energy, love, and decades of experience. Our son took to her right away and she loves him up like he’s her own. Highly recommend!! 

Florenza is fantastic!!! My 3 young children are such a handful, but not for her because she is a Pro! She is dependable, organized and punctual, and most importantly, my kids love her. They respect her and love spending time with her so much that they are always asking me when is the next time she is coming over. You never have to worry about your kids if Florenza is caring for them.

Florenza watched our son for date nights and errand days and was great. Super reliable and enthusiastic, he loved how animated he was with her. She is also big on safety which always put our minds at ease. Great woman to watch your kids and to call a friend. Would definitely recommend!

Florenza & I clicked within 10 min of first meeting each other. She felt like an old friend almost immediately - a natural charisma that quickly rubbed off onto our son. At the time, he was still fairly shy & a little slow warming up to new people but he took to Florenza so quickly. She kept him for us that next weekend & had him in bed fast asleep when we got home a few hours later. This was the first time in well over a year that his bedtime routine had included anyone other than myself or his father, and with Florenza, he felt comfortable enough to fall asleep on his own knowing we weren't yet home.

We interviewed Florenza, called references, met in person, negotiated a contract and offered her the position. She accepted and signed our contract with our signature pending a clean background check (before Xmas and we were both traveling for the holiday). Once it did, we signed the contract and sent it back to her after the holiday. I followed up to confirm details about starting and she let us know the Friday before our Monday start that she no longer wanted the position. Very unprofessional.

I needed last-minute help watching my two little boys (2yo and 6 months) and Florenza saved us! She answered my posting quickly and we hit it off right away on the phone. She is energetic, grounded, and caring; the boys warmed up to her right away. She jumped right in with very little guidance needed. While both boys were napping, she cleaned up to better than she found it and even shoveled our front walkway so we wouldn't slip. I highly recommend Florenza to take wonderful care of your little ones! 

Florenza was a godsend. She was our full-time nanny for two years. Incredibly reliable, organized and safe which were our top priorities. She is always on time and extremely conscientious of doing all things with care and thoughtfulness. Florenza is loving, fun and so creative with finding engaging things to do for the kids. She’s proactive on getting things done too! A surprising job change and our kids being in school full-time is why she is no longer with us in a permanent role. We love her!

She was our 2nd choice.  She sounded enthusiastic, organized, and very qualified for the job.  We will interview her again if our current sitter does not work out.
