Making a positive impact on the lives of adults and seniors is my focus as a caregiver. My 10 years of experience have solidified my passion for supporting well-being and independence. I am a Certified Home Health Aide with a graduate degree, as well as current CPR and First Aid Training. I offer transportation, errands/shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I respect the independence of care recipients. I also have experience de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate through written reports and verbal updates, always following the family's preferred method.
