I am a grandmother of six, ranging in age from 1-17 including 18-year-old twins.. I started babysitting when I was in my teens; my first official babysitting job was for the Lt. Governor of Kentucky. I was recommended by my neighbor, who was their nanny. She needed to have surgery and I was the only one she trusted and was comfortable with dogs. Her client was the Lt. Governor of Kentucky who had a german shepherd and he wanted someone who was comfortable with animals. I worked as a Nanny pre-Covid for two years and I was a senior dog handler for nearly five years. I am a pet sitter and I have worked with children at my church and with friends and neighbors who knew they could trust me with the lives of their precious children, pets, and, home.
