I started caring for seniors since I moved to Texas in 2006. I am specialized in Geriatrics. Experienced in Alzheimer's/Dementia. Our church has great activities for seniors which I am involved in. I lead some of the workout exercises, like yoga & walking. We play games like chess, puzzles, and drawings. I run errands for them. Also, I participated in neighborhood appreciation day for seniors where our church brought some goodies, and we have some performances.

Ms. Flo has a wonderful. Shes been a joy to be around and an enormous help to my Mother in law who underwent hip replacement surgery and suffers from Parkinson’s. She is knowledgeable with movements to help the elderly re-gain strength, hygiene practices & medication management just to name a few. I highly recommend her and will look to her for any future needs that may arise.
