Hi! I have about 7 years of childcare experience! I am a junior in college and started working in childcare in seventh grade. I've always had a passion connecting with and coring for kids because they're inspiring, exciting, and of course, challenging. Parents deserve to catch a break, and whether they're busy or need to relax, I earned my childcare jobs by ensuring parents trust their kids are in good, experienced hands with me. With kids, I inspire an environment for creativity. l go with what the kids want to play, pretend, talk about, etc. which encourages self confidence and creativity. Children's emotions are incredibly valid, no matter how small or silly the issue could be to us, adults. I am attentive to what they verbalize or express, and try to help them balance or cope with their feelings. That way we can enjoy our time together as well as learn valuable emotional regulation skills.
