I like working with kids because they are capable of teaching us so much about ourselves and the world. It's a special thing being able to care for someone as you watch them grow to be their own person. I'm looking for a job that allows me to use my personal and professional skills to make a meaningful difference and form lasting connections. I started working with kids when I was in middle school but have always enjoyed being an older sister. While in college, I enjoyed volunteering at an Early Childhood Center and applied there to get my first paid job. I am fiercely passionate about the world of Autism and being able to partake in the world of special needs individuals has been one of my greatest privileges. My skills include activities, behavior support and teaching independence. Having raised two little ones myself, housekeeping and meal prep are second nature to me by now! I am currently updating my CPR credentials so you may have that peace of mind.
