About Fiona

Hi there!! I have always had a passion for taking care of children. I have been working as a daycare teacher for over 15 months now, from children as young as 2 months to 6 years old! I helped raise my little sister, who is now 8, and I also have my own daughter, who is about to turn 3. I adore music and art, and some of my favorite things to do with children are making up songs and thinking of fun crafts to do with them!! I'd describe my personality as kind, empathetic, and loving. I like working with kids because it has just always been second-nature to me. I have always had a strong maternal instinct. I can just be myself, play around, be silly, and dance and sing with them!! At the end of the day, if they've learned something, or if I even just made their day a little brighter, it's truly rewarding for me as a teacher and a parent myself:) In my spare time, I like to sing and write music, dance, paint, read, play video games, watch tv, and exercise.
