I make sure to communicate with parents regularly about their child's day, either verbally at pickup or via text or phone call, whichever the parents prefer. We were traveling from out of town and apprehensive about getting childcare for dinner out without the kids but when we found Fiona, we were so glad! She was so calm and sweet and took the kids for a snack in the hotel and put them to bed… she was so great with them and they had a blast! Would definitely book Fiona when in Florida again!
