Hi families! My name is Finnley, and I'm a 19-year-old Christian nanny with over four years of experience caring for infants, toddlers, and elementary-aged children. My qualifications are: * I have been a respite care provider for Koinonia Family Services for the past 2+ years in Tehachapi. * I am a Family Provider with A Nanna's Touch Respite. * I have been working at Tehachapi Unified School District for 1 & 1/2 years as a trained and certified Classified Substitute. My nanny style is 100% present, safety first, pro-creativity and imagination with a no tears goal. I believe kids thrive in compassionate, peaceful environments that encourage creativity, play, and healthy routines. I'm Pediatric & Adult CPR certified, Pediatric First Aid trained, and have experience supporting children with ADHD, Down syndrome, and Autism.
