About Finn

I can't remember a time that I was not drawn towards working with kids and infants. I was the kid who would rather play and hold babies then eat cake at the birthday party. It fills my heart with joy to take care of kids and see them grow, learn, and change everyday. I started working with kids when I volunteered with my local YMCAs Infant Care Program until I was old enough to get hired and continued to work until I graduated high school. When I graduated nursing school, I got a job as a pediatric nurse, and now I am a 1:1 school nurse at an elementary school where I where work in a special needs classroom. In my spare time I love to be outside, cook healthy recipes, paint, and read books about health and wellness. My skills include: Saftey, I will always put saftey first. Patience, whether it be working with the newborn or a nonverbal child I take the time to see what each child needs, and how I can best help them. Being engaged and finding connection, I love caring with my heart.
