Hi my name is Fita. I am a dedicated, empathetic, reliable, friendly and compassionate in home caregiver with over 10 years experience, providing personalized care to disabled and elderly clients. My background and experience has prepared me to excel in offering both physical and emotional support, focusing on enhancing quality of life and maintaining independence. I am skilled in assisting with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, grooming and mobility assistance, and I have extensive experience in meditation management and monitoring health status. I also prepare delicious and nutritious meals suited to each individual needs and I also perform light housekeeping duties.
