About Fidana

My work with children of all ages, spanning almost 20 years, developed exceptional patience, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities, while working with school and household teams ensured great collaboration skills and managing schedules to run smooth operations. I like working with kids because seeing them grow up while helping them develop their true personalities adds meaning to my life. I'm looking for a position where I can bring creativity, love, kindness, and compassion into a child's daily life. I believe children thrive in a nurturing environment that encourages imagination, emotional safety, and joyful learning, and I'm passionate about creating that space for them. In my spare time, I like to read, connect with friends, go to the beach and hike. I am also a volunteer driver in American Cancer Society where I drive patients to their appointments when they have no access to transportation.
