From the start Fernanda made me feel comfortable as she was very friendly and professional. My house looked and smelled beautiful when she left. She uses a lavender oil which i really enjoyed so it didn't smell like harsh cleaners... I told her about my shower which had been smelling mildewy, even though I had tried cleaning it myself, and the smell is completely gone. I have asked her to come back regularly. Very happy!
