About Fernanda

Fernanda is very friendly and professional, and she speaks both Spanish and English, which is a plus. While she isn't as fast as other cleaners I have used, she brings a second person to help. The reason for my rating is that her profile is deceiving. Her profile mentions "housekeeping," but basic tasks like laundry, dishes, and picking up clutter are considered extras that cost more. To be fair, her base hourly rate is reasonable. However, the major issue is the lack of clarity and efficiency. Even with two people working for three hours (at a combined cost of $50/hour, 25 for each), the amount of work completed felt minimal. I paid extra for additional services that were not clearly outlined on Care.com or communicated to me directly. While she didn’t charge me for the dishes this time, she does charge extra for things like picking up clutter, which is frustrating when you have a 10-month-old baby at home. Having two people should result in faster cleaning, but that wasn't the case here. I am still left with lots to do but the areas cleaned are cleaned well. For my three bedroom and three bathrooms, I need $500 dollars to have it cleaned with a 10 months old.
