Felisita provided respite care for my dad, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, and my dad truly enjoyed spending time with her. She kept me updated each day with thoughtful communication, which gave me great peace of mind. She also made an effort to get my dad out of the house, taking him on outings to the beach and encouraging him to stay active. Even on days when he wasn't interested in going for a walk, she knew exactly how to motivate him in a kind and patient way. We would absolutely hire Felisita again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, reliable, and engaging caregiver. She made a real difference for both my dad and our family.
