Words can't begin to describe how amazing Felisa is as a caregiver. I had the pleasure of meeting her when my father was at a rehab center in Seal Beach and I hired her to supplement the care he was getting there. Thanks to her extensive medical knowledge, Felisa was able to identify when my dad's vital signs were off and alert the nursing staff so they could check him. She listened to what my dad's physical and speech therapy needs were and took it upon herself to practice those movements with him. Felisa would talk to him and would always make him feel safe. She continued to provide the same excellent care for my dad when he was transferred to a medical center in Los Alamitos. Felisa is punctual, respectful, thorough in asking all of the right questions, and is hard working. Next time I have a need for a caregiver in the Long Beach/Los Alamitos area, I will definitely give her a call.
