It was such a blessing to have Felicite care for my mom. We felt completely comfortable with her immediately. She provided excellent compassionate care and was willing to cover extra shifts whenever needed. She was the most dependent caregiver we had and was excellent with communication. I can't recommend her enough. My mom was an excellent judge of character and really loved her. She treated our whole family, including the dog, like her own family.
