Felicity initially did a good job for me, as she brought her mother, also. The second cleaning she confirmed at 8:45am she would be there is 30 min. At 10am she said she had to stay home for her sick son and that her mother wasn't feeling well. I was banking on her that day, as visitors were coming to town. Disappointing.
