I have over 20 years of experience as a nanny, and it remains the most fulfilling and rewarding work I've done. My career in childcare began while I was working as a teacher in Connecticut; a family from the school approached me with the opportunity to become their full-time nanny. I accepted, not realizing then that it would lead to a long-term and deeply meaningful career. I've had the privilege of working with wonderful families and watching their children grow. I take great pride in building long-lasting relationships and staying with families for as many years as possible. I believe that consistency and stability are essential not only for children, but also for parents and caregivers. I value the opportunity to support children's growth in a one-on-one setting. I create engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage development, prioritize outdoor play and socialization through local parks and libraries, and strive to make every day both fun and enriching.
