I am seeking a 30 to 40 hours position starting April 2026. I have a B. A. in Human Development & 17 years of professional childcare experience. I am proficient in caring for newborns thru 12-years old. Over the years I have led & directed classrooms, sleep trained infants, encouraged development in children & managed households. I am a certified Newborn Care Specialist. I love the newborn stages. I utilize my knowledge & hands on experience to successfully sleep train infants & guide parents in healthy sleep practices for their baby. I have mastered the art of managing twin care. I enjoy using creativity to teach fun interactive lessons to children. I am able to transport children to & from school/activities (family car), prepare & serve meals, make baby food, do laundry & housekeeping pertaining to children. Lastly, I greatly value the importance of reading, creative arts, & structure.

Felicia is wonderful with children and we are so glad that we found her! We have three kids ages 2, 7 and 9. All three love Felicia and are excited to see her every time she comes. We love that Felicia finds interesting activities to do with our baby and often brings games and activities from home that are not only fun but also educational. She is also reliable and easy to work with. We are so grateful for Felicia and recommend her without reservation. 

We had really high expectations for Felicia based on her exceptional reviews, and she exceeded them. She helped look after our two kids (1 and 3) for a couple of weeks and they really liked her and the activities and toys she brought.

Felicia has cared for our daughter since she was 3 months old and she is everything you could hope for in a nanny. She is kind, caring and confident in her abilities. She comes up with creative and fun activities to do and our daughter is always thrilled to see her!

Felicia is a gem. She is the first non-relative to watch our son and has set the bar high for all future caregivers. I truly cannot say enough - she is kind, caring, compassionate, and understands children and their needs. She is punctual, respectful of care instructions, and creates such a fun experience! Our son always has a great time when she babysits, and she is gracious with our dog. 

Miss Felicia has been an absolute blessing to our family! She first helped us with our son, and her care and dedication were unparalleled, so we didn't hesitate to ask her back to assist when our daughter was born. Both kids adore her, and her support has been invaluable. What sets Miss Felicia apart is her understanding and consideration of our work-from-home situation, making the entire experience seamless for everyone involved. We couldn't recommend her highly enough!

Felicia has babysat for our children- 3.5 years and 14 months several times. She's so great with both of them- she comes prepared with novel activities that my children love, and keeps them engaged the whole day. She will take them out so they can come back tired too! When she is with my kids, I know that I don't have to worry about them.

Felicia was our main caregiver for our twins and I would say it was one of our best nanny experiences we've ever had. Not only is she professional and reliable but she also has a warm heart and really cared for our babies. She's knowledgeable of milestones and helped our little ones grow developmentally. She was able to juggle two babies at a time effortlessly and I was never worried for their safety. Twins are not an easy task and I would say Felicia helped master their schedule and always kept them happy. She's an A++ nanny and would recommend her to anyone.

Felicia was an absolutely wonderful and professional nanny. If you are lucky enough to get the chance to work with her, take it! She will bring positive energy, order, and joy to your home and your little ones will enjoy learning and developing under her care. Felicia watched our daughter for 3 days a week, when she was 4-7 months old. Felicia helped our daughter develop through her milestones and also helped us learn the ropes as new parents. Felicia was incredibly professional in all matters and made sure expectations were clear and consistently met. She is passionate about child care as a vocation and has rich experiences from which to draw. These things together make her an awesome nanny!

Felicia helped with our four-month old baby when we first moved to the area and had not yet started full time childcare. Felicia was great, and my baby seemed to feel comfortable with her immediately.

We hired Felicia for overnight help with my baby who has reflux. Felicia is very responsible and warm. She anticipated my needs and was very observant with the baby.  She provided feedback on his behaviors so we could work together to see how he might sleep better or feel comfortable.  I was able to sleep peacefully knowing it was Felicia who was taking care of my son.  We will be hiring her again!

Amazing! Felicia has it all... intelligent, well spoken, knowledgeable, caring, great communicator, the list goes on. We hired her back in April 2019 and we plan on never letting her go! She feels like a part of our family and takes such great care of our newborn twins. Any family would be lucky to have her.

Felicia has been an occasional babysitter and nanny for our twin 4-year-olds since they were around 18 months old. She's an excellent and reliable caregiver who is great with our kids - she reinforces good behavior while still making sure they can be creative and have fun. She often takes the kids on her own for several hours on weekends, including driving them to activities; she has also picked the kids up from school on days when we have work obligations and taken care of dinner, bath and bedtime. In addition, she has stayed at our house and taken care of the kids for multiple days and nights on a couple of occasions when we went out of town; we had no concerns about leaving her in charge of our home.

If I could give Felicia more stars, I would!  She is absolutely the best nanny you could possibly find.  I never thought I'd be one to say that our nanny is part of our family, but she truly is.  We moved out of state and she moved with us for a short while to help us get settled.  I'm not even sure how to go about replacing her!  She is excellent with our son - responsible, reliable, energetic, creative, caring, thoughtful, helpful and disciplined, and an wonderful role model for him - and she's become a very good friend to my husband and me. Whoever gets her after us is very lucky!

Felicia was great with my two daughters. She responds very quickly and made sure to engage with them. My kids had a great time with her and I would definitely hire her again. 

Felicia started working for us shortly after our twins were born.  We already had a 2 year old and Felicia started as an overnight nanny caring for the twins.  When one of my twins was diagnosed with a very serious congenital defect, we hired Felicia to work with us during the day.  For the two years my one son was ill, she learned to use all the medical equipment, oxygen monitors, etc and was even inserting his feeding tube (which he pulled out several times a day!)  After my son had recovered from surgery and was healing well, we kept Felicia on to care for the children when I began to have some health issues.  For 3 years she cared for all three on my children, now 3,3, and 5.  She is part of the family and always will be!  Even though she is no longer their nanny, she still visits them regularly on her own time. She is a great cook, invents creative learning games and loves to play with my boys. I would trust Felicia to watch my children any time for any length of time.

Felicia is wonderful! She came by to take care of my 3 month old for a few hours on a Saturday night. I instantly felt comfortable with her and she was wonderful with my son. He was changed, fed and sleeping soundly when I returned home. I definitely would recommend her!

We love Felicia! Super sweet girl and great with our 2 year old daughter and 6 month old son.  When we get home everything is in perfect order, the kids are well fed, clean and taken care of.  I can always relax when Felicia is sitting for us.  I would highly recommend her to any family!

Felicia is a gem.  We hired her as a regular Saturday night sitter and it's been a total pleasure.  My girls (6 and 3) love her and look forward to her visits.  I am always assured the girls are in safe hands while we are out.  Felicia puts my girls to bed with no issue and I always get glowing reports of the fun the girls have had the next morning.  Felicia is mature beyond her years and she takes her commitment to children seriously, but at the same time, she is playful and engaging.  I often book my date nights with Felicia several weeks in advance and she has no problem keeping those commitments, which is worth its weight in gold after having experience with sitters who cancel on me with very little notice!   I highly recommend Felicia as a caring, reliable, responsible and fun caregiver.

Absolutely wonderful person first. Has a genuine love for children and her care is exceptional. Received a full time nanny position a little far away and that's the only reason I no longer use her. But I'd definitely recommend her to anyone.

Felicia babysat for our 5 month old son two nights (7pm-12am) last month and we highly recommend her. She clearly loves babies and has a way of making them comfortable - our son loved her immediately. He went to sleep shortly after she arrived both nights, so I can't speak to how she manages a day/an older and more active child, but we were very comfortable leaving him with her given her knowledge and comfort with young infants. She communicated with us regularly while we were out and was very flexible about the setting (our hotel room, which had to be dark and full of constant white noise to help our son sleep!). We would definitely hire her again on future visits to the NJ area.
