With over 20 years of experience, Felicia is a Certified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) with a lifelong passion for supporting special needs children, high-risk youth, and children with autism. She has worked in diverse settings including the juvenile justice system, nonprofit organizations, and educational programs.
