My mom can be very demanding and this makes finding care for her very difficult. Felicia is just wonderful with her. Felicia has a caring and loving heart. She made my mother feel at ease which made my mom less difficult in the long term. She's friendly but firm in a gentle way. Her demeanor with the elderly is amazing. She definitely would be my first call if I needed help myself. if I could give her 10 star rating I absolutely would. we explained what we needed and she was the perfect fit. thank you -MA
