I have been providing childcare for the past 15 years. Over this course of time, I have cared for children ranging from newborn to 3 years of age. I am deaf, so I use this to my advantage by teaching babies how to communicate with sign language. This helps boost their communication skills from early on, as babies can speak with their hands before they can with their voices.
