I do understand how difficult it is to trust your little ones to the care of someone and how important it is to be able to trust that person. I look at sitting as more than childcare, I think it's part of my job to take some of the presser off of the parents. I believe in talking to, holding, rocking, cuddling, soothing babies and toddlers when crying or upset. I would never leave a baby to cry themselves to sleep. Understanding that by meeting their needs babies will learn to trust. My basic belief about child care is that you should never teach a child something they will later have to unlearn. The last four years I have been nanning for one family in Franklin. Outside play, story time , water play and back yard discovery games are fantastic ways to spend an afternoon. I am the mother of two daughters ages 30 and 37. When my kids were very young I was a licensed daycare provider and we were a homeschool family. Looking forward you meeting your family.
