I recently hired Felane to regularly clean my house. She's only been to my house once so far, but I have a feeling she's exactly the person I've been looking for. One discussion about why the agreed upon cleaning tasks gradually stopped, she quits job saying she has other priorities. Maybe she does. Felane is very responsive and made communication very easy.  She always lets me know in advance of when she is arriving and is very easy to schedule with via text message.  She is a very efficient cleaner and does a great job. She welcomes feedback and wants to make the cleaning exactly what you want and will focus on any tasks you ask her to. I have hired Felane for few months and was very happy with her at first. She is a very nice lady who did a good job in general. Few times, I noticed that some jobs where not done (cleaning the floor for example)... At my house I have a smart lock that registers the time people enter and leave the house. I realized that when I was not here she was staying only 1,5 hours instead of 4h so I texted her that I wanted to stop our relationship and I wanted to meet with her to give her check and discuss the reason of my decision. She said she would rather not meet me and that I should leave the check somewhere outside of my house.




Felane is a very thorough and hard worker. She is prompt with responding to calls and appointments. It's been a pleasure working with her and her family.
