Fedia is late every day she has worked for me. She wants a raise after 3 months. She stated she was offered a HR job at $38 and expects me to pay her the same.. I told her that she can't be on the phone during work because if I'm eating food and she is on the phone in another room she will not hear me. She quit the job. I recommend that you don't hire her.
