With a strong background in healthcare and over 20 years of professional experience, I bring a compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient-centered approach to senior care. I had the privilege of working at Bristol Assisted Living under the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research, where I was involved in a clinical study trial focused on Alzheimer's and dementia patients. This hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of the unique challenges that come with cognitive decline, as well as the importance of personalized care, routine, and emotional support for individuals living with these conditions. I am highly knowledgeable in the behaviors, and emotional care required for both elderly individuals with memory impairments and adults. My approach is built on patience, respect, and creating a calm, structured environment that promotes safety and dignity. I am confident in my ability to adapt to each individual's needs while also supporting their families with clear communication.
