About Faylyn

Hi, I'm Faylyn! I'm the second of four siblings and have over a decade of experience caring for children-from babysitting and church nursery work to being a day camp counselor, assistant teacher, and after-school caregiver. I currently care for two upper elementary kids a few times a week and serve in children's church regularly. I've also worked as a full-time caregiver for a woman with disabilities, supporting her with daily tasks, appointments, and activities. I gained valuable classroom experience working at The Goddard School and as an assistant teacher. Outside of childcare, I'm a freelance producer for film and commercial projects and run my own floral design business. I love horses, exercising, being outdoors, and coming up with creative ways to keep kids engaged, encouraged, and having fun. I have my own car and bring reliability, calm energy, and a big heart to every family I work with.
