About Fayann

Hi! I'm Fayann, a mom of two with 5 years of experience working as a CNA/STNA. I'm patient, dependable, nurturing, and very comfortable caring for young children. Being a mom has given me plenty of hands-on experience with routines, meals, playtime, learning activities, and helping children work through big emotions. I also have experience supporting children who may need extra patience, structure, redirection, or different ways of communicating and learning. I believe in being gentle but consistent and using positive reinforcement. I enjoy reading with children, doing crafts and learning activities, playing outside, and keeping them engaged rather than just sitting in front of a screen. I'm attentive to safety, cleanliness, and following each family's routines and preferences. I'm also currently attending college and am looking for a family where I can provide dependable, caring support while building a comfortable and trusting relationship with both the children and parents.
