Learning is a journey, and I'm excited to be a part of yours! For the past few years, I've been helping elementary and middle school students thrive in subjects like math, English, history, art, dance, test preparation, and study skills. I have some college experience and I'm ready to use my skills to help you. I believe every student has unique potential and can achieve their goals with personalized support. I actively listen and observe how you interact with new material. I then adapt my teaching using visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems. I also encourage open communication about what methods work best for you. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples and break down complex problems into manageable steps. Open communication is essential for understanding your needs and progress. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding aspect of being a tutor.
