I have over 15 years of experience as a Direct Support Professional, Med Manager, and Host Home Provider. I have supported individuals with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, dementia, elderly care needs, and many other disabilities and illnesses. I have not worked much with children, my experience is with adults and seniors. In my role, I provide full daily support including cooking, cleaning, laundry, dishes, bathing and dressing assistance, grooming, meal preparation, medication administration, running errands, grocery shopping, and stores of their choice, and helping with all daily tasks. I am not a CNA, but I am an experienced DSP and Medication Manager. I am patient, respectful, reliable, and I treat every person I care for like family. I am looking for a long-term position where I can provide safe, compassionate, and consistent care. I am scared of dogs.
