Also, I work with elders because they were once our active parents that took care of us when we were unable (children) to take care of ourselves. Now they are old, they also deserved our care.

Fatouma filled in for us to care for our elderly and disabled loved one in a hurry/emergency. She made herself available on short notice and was knowledgable and skilled in a way that instilled confidence in our other aides. There were some hiccups with our plans to use a brand new accessible shower and she improvised and got the job done regardless. Our loved one feels very comfortable with her and she is someone we will be hiring again.
