Fatma (Tima) is prompt, responsive, thorough, and flexible. We are tough customers to please, and she goes above and beyond every single time. We love when Tima comes to clean because we have total confidence that she will leave our home spotless and perfectly organized. She is highly communicative about the services she provides, up-front with costs, clear about when she will bring help, and 100% reliable. She offers several levels of cleaning, and we have used them all - from deep cleans, to light cleaning and organizing. We are so glad she is helping us keep our home looking its best, and we hope to work with her for a very long time. Highly recommend!
