I am a Certified Nurse Assistant and Companion Care with 20 years of practice in the field (with references) I truly enjoy providing companionship, education and caring with dignity in a peaceful but also fun environment. I like to advocate for all my patients , and get to know the person and not just the diagnosis. Knowing what they like or liked to do for fun/hobbies, their passions, and their current needs is my number one goal. I feel that it is a much more enjoyable experience for the patient to have a plan of care tailored just for them. I have experience in Early Onset Dementia, Parkinsons, Alzheimer's, Post Surgery Care, Medication Management (Reminders), Hospice, Activities of Daily Living, Ambulation, Senior Exercise activities, Memory exercises, following Dietary Needs and much more.
