Fatima was wonderful! We had a last minute need for childcare, and she was great at collaborating through expectations and questions, especially on such short notice. She focused and interacted with the baby immediately upon arrival, and was kind to his grandparents and just all around helpful in general. She also communicated with me (the mom) throughout the day, putting my mind at ease.
